The apartment is a 2br, 1.5 bath townhouse in Jersey City. The apartment has central heat and air, a dishwasher, a washer and a dryer, private parking, and is 1100 square feet. You would have a secondary bedroom. Rent is $1100 a month plus utilities. It is a 7 mins walk to the light rail and about a 10 min bus ride to both Path Stations ( the bus stop for journal square is across the street from the house). The living room is furnished, and the kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped. There is no furniture in the second bedroom but there's a closet, and the room can fit a desk, chair, and dresser; I have air mattresses until my potential roommate can get their bed and other furniture.
