My 1-bedroom apartment will be available for 1/16/23 to 4/1/23. (can be flexible- just message me with your needs) (will post furnished photos on 1/9) Open to someone who's clean, responsible and respectful of the community that can take care of the apartment while I'm away. Priority for someone who can stay the full length of vacancy.

The apartment is in the Stuytown community which comes with perks including outdoor lawn and access to basketball, paddle tennis, volleyball courts and in the winter, an ice-skating rink. Super close to subway access uptown, downtown or Brooklyn. Walking distance to east village and gramercy.

We are a 5-minute walk to Target and Trader Joe's. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance as well.

The apartment is clean, has elevator access and has a great view of Empire State building.

The room has air conditioning/heat, cable/streaming 43 in TV, high-speed 5G internet and is furnished as of 1/7/23 with futon and tv/tv cube stand in living room, dining table, desk/chair and bedroom has queen sized bed. (750 sq ft)

Updated floors, kitchen w/dishwasher and bathroom with tub. 2 closets for your use.

The rent price listed includes all utilities.
