So, both rooms are currently available for short-term, week-2-week basis, perfect for anyone just getting introduced to the city!

Prime location, private access to a wonderful rooftop. Within walking distance of the best bars, restaurants, landmarks and art galleries in the South of Manhattan.

A 400 square ft. living room with 25 ft. high ceilings – no typo here. Two stories with private access to a massive rooftop with 360 views of the city. Spacious kitchen with Empire State views + 4 large bedrooms with panoramic views + two full bathrooms + storage. A total of five people (including you) living in this 3000 square ft. massive duplex apartment. The rooftop has different spaces, tables, couches, chairs, a grill, and one thousand and one views of Manhattan.

The bedrooms:

Upstairs, fully furnished with a desk, comfortable bed and mattress, blackout blinds, an excellent heating / cooling system, and a big window looking at the city skyline. Truly spacious with lots of natural light.

Downstairs, a smaller bedroom 11 x 6 commuter space, fully furnished and ready to move in!

The building:

Washing machines on every floor, central heat, 24hs doorman, 2 elevators, a common patio downstairs, study room, and a fitness center in the basement.
