Looking for a young professional to sublet one room in our 3 bedroom apartment starting?July 15th. We are giving preference to those who want to sign on for a full year.

The apartment is located in Stuyvesant Town (18th St. & 1st Ave). It's a great location - super close to the east village, union square, kips bay etc. The neighborhood is a mix of young professionals and families and there are tons of?restaurants nearby.?

We live in an elevator building and our unit has stainless steel appliances and was recently repainted. The room will be unfurnished and has a big window and plenty of space for a full/queen bed, desk, and dresser. All utilities are included with the exception of a monthly charge for the built-in A/C unit ($25/month -?TOTAL rent $1,575/month). Cable/internet is not included in this and comes to about $50/month.

Super easy transportation options nearby: 5 minute walk from the L, 12 minute walk to 4/5/N/Q/R/W.?M15/M15-SBS & M14A/M14D bus stops. Tons of Citi Bikes. ?

A bit about us: Two ladies in their 20s/30s - one works in education and the other is a personal trainer. Chill, social and like to keep things organized and clean. We have lived in this apartment for 3 years and love it!
