Looking to sublet this lovely room short-terms, available from 15th December- January 20th. I am flexible if it’s a few days before or after needed.

The house is 6 blocks from Giant, Target, and Columbia Heights metro station. The bus stop is at the end of the block, and downtown is a 10min bike or bus ride which picks up every 5 to 10 mins. There are many restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. Giant, Target, Lidl, and Panam grocery are all within 1-6 blocks away..

Home is chill and relaxed. Roommates are international, friendly, active professionals working at the hospital, DOJ, public schools, and startups. We are friendly and clean and love traveling, eating, watching movies, and attending talks.
