The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, rent-stabilized unit in a boutique building in Cleveland Park. My current roommate is paying $1,275 for her part of rent, and the total rent is $2,650. The unit has a dish washer and all utilities are included, except internet/cable. There is an on-site laundry room and separate trash disposal room downstairs. This is a 12-month lease, starting May 1, 2025.
The nearest Metro station is a 4 minute walk. A Target, Streets Market, Yes! Market, CVS, and a Post Office are all within a 4-8 minute walk from the apartment. There are also a bunch of nature trails nearby, with Rock Creek Park right in our backyard. It truly is a steal!
I’d prefer a female roommate. I’m very big on communication and being courteous, and I’m looking for someone who wants to take pride in taking care of our home (keeping a joint cleaning schedule going; communicating about having guests over; reasonable quiet hours).
