A large bedroom is open now in our Christian household in Hill East, a five minute walk to Potomac Ave Metro on the Blue, Orange, and Silver lines.

Rent is $1,100 a month and covers everything. No electric bill, no gas bill, no wifi bill, and no surprise charge in January when the heat is running. What you see is what you pay.
This is the largest bedroom in the house, with 3 windows and a large closet. It can come furnished with a bed, shelving, an armchair, and a full length mirror, or I am happy to clear it out if you would rather bring your own. The bathroom is a full bath shared with two other housemates. Laundry in the house, readily available, full kitchen stocked with utensils, street parking is very easy.

The household is a Christian family, my two children and me along with 1 other tenant and an au pair. It is a warm home where people eat together and also one where you can close your door and have a quiet evening. There is one friendly goldendoodle who will be thrilled to meet you.

I am flexible on the term. I can do a lease through the end of May, or a full year, and I can hold the room for a September 1 move-in date.
