One of our two tenants has moved out to have an easier commute, which means we have a beautiful, spacious, light-filled room available in our 2BR, 1BA Capitol Hill English basement apartment--just steps away from Lincoln Park! Rent is $1,275/month and includes water. The lease goes through the end of June 2026 with the possibility of extending beyond then.

The room is huge--266 square feet and has two windows and a glass patio door, which fill the space with light. It has a large reach-in closet and plenty of space for a desk/work-from-home set up.

The unit includes a large, open-space common area with updated, fully equipped kitchen (stainless steel refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave oven). The unit has its own washer-dryer and central heat and A/C controlled with a Nest thermostat. Rent includes water.

The location is super convenient: Lincoln Park is half a block away; Dry cleaning is across the street; .5 miles to Safeway; .7 miles to Eastern Market; .7 miles to Orange and Blue Line metro.
