Looking for a new housemate to share my cozy BR, .BA rowhome in Edgewood — about a minute walk from the Rhode Island Ave metro. The house has a front porch, back deck, small yard with a fire pit, inunit laundry, and lots of plants. The available bedroom is about 'x', sunny, with two closets and great light. The bedroom will be unfurnished.

You'd be sharing with one easygoing, artsy person (me) and a very chill dog who's here about half the time. The place has good creative energy and a friendly neighborhood feel — folks often hang out in the little park behind the house.

Rent is $ plus utilities. Lease can be or months, starting at the end of November (flexible).
