Moving to a new city can be exciting — and a little overwhelming. Coliving makes it easier. You get your own private, fully furnished bedroom, plus beautifully designed shared spaces — kitchens, lounges, rooftop terraces — where friendships form naturally. At Cohabs, we’ve built homes that help you connect, feel comfortable, and start living from day one.
We’re a European coliving company with 22 houses in New York City and a thriving community of over 500 members from 25+ nationalities. Our mission? To create homes where people live comfortably, connect naturally, and thrive together. Now, we’re bringing that same international community spirit to Washington, D.C.

This bright and spacious 25-room home in one of D.C.’s most storied neighborhoods has a creative soul — it used to be a photo studio, and you can still feel the energy. Step inside and you’ll find five self-contained units, 15 bathrooms, and plenty of inviting common areas that make it easy to meet your housemates.
