The space is made up of 3 connecting rooms that make up most of the top floor. 3 large windows make it perfect for growing indoor plants, as they catch the morning sun! 🌞 It's available now. I work at a dog grooming salon and sometimes I house sit.
It's a quiet, friendly street near Lincoln Park and H St. go to Union Station and you can walk to Eastern Market or Potomac metros. Also there are several buses.
There are 4 major grocery stores along H St and 2 more in walking distance. There are many restaurants and theaters along H Street as well.
You would share the bathroom with one upstairs
I would prefer someone who doesn't work at home, but works or volunteers outside.

I am in the basement with my own bathroom.
The laundry is down here as well. Just let me know and you can come down and wash.
We all share the kitchen and dining room on the main floor.
I have a well-stocked kitchen and you are welcome to use anything. Just wash it and put it away!

Basically, this is a friendly relaxed home. Just clean up your mess and pay the rent. It's that simple.
Rent is $1200 and utilities average to about $100 each with 3 people.
First and last month is required for move in.

Also I'm a great cook and don't mind sharing at times.
