The room is fully furnished with bed, desk, office chair, and dresser, and I would be leaving behind clean bedding, etc. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other female roommate. There is also in house laundry right next to the bedroom. 7 min walk from Medstar Georgetown University Hospital and 5 min walk from 2 bus stops. Rent is $1200 including utilities
