• Total Monthly Cost: $650 (includes base rent + all utilities).
• The Breakdown: Base rent is $1100, split evenly at $550 each.
• Utilities Included: An additional $100 covers Water, Electricity, Sewer, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
The Process
To keep things official, you will need to submit an application through the leasing office.
• Application Fee: $45 (this covers your background check and ensures you get your own official set of keys).
The Space
• Your Room: Unfurnished, clean, and ready for move-in.
• Shared Spaces: We will share the bathroom, kitchen, and living area.
• Atmosphere: I value a clean, respectful home environment. I’m mindful of quiet hours and keep the common areas tidy.
