We’re looking for 2 women roommates to join our cozy 4BR / 2.5BA home in the Parkland area (98445) — available now! 😊 Currently, 2 Latinas occupy the main floor, and we’re looking for roommates who are friendly, clean, considerate, and easygoing to share a comfortable and respectful home environment who are in working and going to college💛

The House:
• 4 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom home in a quiet, lovely neighborhood
• Spacious unfinished basement with 2 bedrooms 1 bath being finished (unfurnished)
• Second floor includes furnished bedrooms available, 1 shared full bathroom, and shared utility room
• 2nd floor Living room is being turned into a cozy media/lounge room 🎬
• Main floor includes shared kitchen, dining room, living room, and 1.5 shared bathrooms
• Cute private backyard
• Driveway + plenty of street parking
• Responsive and friendly landlord

Rent & Lease Options: (Couples will consider)
• $1,350/month (utilities included)
• 6-month lease: $2,500 deposit required at move-in
• 1-year lease: $2,000 deposit required at move-in
• Month-to-month option available with a $3,000 deposit required at move-in
• $250 cleaning fee can apply at move it, if room needs a deep cleaning.

Pets are permitted only with prior written approval from the Landlord and sole discretion, taking into consideration the health, safety, and comfort of existing residents. If approved, may be subject to additional monthly rent, and deposits. Pets are subject to the following conditions:

• Small dogs weighing 5 pounds or less are permitted upon approval.
• Because other residents currently have cat allergies, no cats at this moment.
• Dogs weighing more than 5 pounds
• Be fully house-trained. Be crate (cage) trained.
• Be current on all vaccinations, with veterinary records provided before move-in.
• Be properly groomed and maintained.
• Any unvaccinated animal are not permitted on the property, including animals belonging to guests or visitors.

House Rules:
