Looking for a roommate to rent out a room in the downstairs of our home. (Current roommate got approved for an apartment to move out on May 18th.)
Tacoma/Parkland. Quick free way access. 5 min from PLU & 10 min from Tacoma Mall.
Available June 1st for move in.
$500 deposit (possibly refundable after a year lease). $30 background check. Rent $1000 includes utilities and wifi. 1 year lease minimum.

Looking for: Single person. In their 20s-30s. Must live clean & will clean up after themselves. Must be a dog lover & be ok with our 2 dogs. Consistent job. No c*garettes, v@pe ok. No recreational.

You will have your own bedroom and full bathroom right off the main floor near the shared living spaces. Your bathroom will be shared any house guests/friends when unoccupied. But we have our own full bathroom, bedroom and loft upstairs.
Room furnished with queen bed, mounted tv, and two night stands.
Huge yard and patio hang out spaces. Close to highway 512, and 15-20 min to downtown Tacoma.

Bedroom: has new carpet and paint and ceiling fan
Bathroom: fully renovated

About us:
We are an engaged couple in our late 20s. We just bought this home 3 years ago & are now finally settled in. We have two dogs, Thea and Elsa.
We like working on cars, taking care of our house and yard, music, game nights, bbqing, and spending time with friends and family.

We will be doing meetings to meet people before hand, background checks for applicants that we think will fit best. ☺️
