Apt near space needle!

I will be moving out and looking for a replacement to take my studio near the space needle. Dates for lease would be October 26-march 27 2027 you can renew after if you'd like. Unit is on the 3rd floor and in between belltown and queen anne so good for a no car commute lots of buses nearby. This unit is a 394 sq ft studio with closet space and is pet friendly. You would have to pass the building managements screening I can attach some information about screening criteria.

rent is $1,195 base rent
Utilities are 3rd party with the building and are max $80-100 typically 80
Electric and wifi are separate so that is billed based on your own useage.
The management here asks that you purchase renters insurance

about the space:
there is an oven/range, sink and fridge
walk in closet near bathroom
plenty of storage for a studio unit- there is a small den perfect for a desk if you desire
laundry is shared, each cycle $2.50 so each load is $5 via app payment downstairs.
Packages/mail: first floor is laundry and mailboxes, they just installed a new call box for delivery and of course any guests you may have so you get a number like any other box here in seattle

this is an older building so the elevator is old school, I usually take the stairs since the unit isn't very high up. I can take tours soon if you would like to see the unit in person and are interested.
