Room in House In Columbia City

Looking for a housemate! Moving into a house in Columbia City and have a room opening up starting September 15th.

Two-story house a few blocks from the Columbia City light rail and PCC. Full kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers, clawfoot tub, hardwood floors, and a private backyard with a covered gazebo and garden space. There's also a shared guest room/office and plenty of storage.

The room is lightly furnished at the moment (bed, nightstand, small bookshelf), or we can clear it out if you've got your own stuff. The house is still sparsely furnished as I move in, so there's room to add your own stuff if you have it.

A bit about me: I'm 49, work as a civic designer in the regenerative economy space, mostly from home. I'm a meditator, I play music with friends and I'm mindful about volume and timing. I've lived in shared houses for years and I'm looking for someone who has too, someone who knows how to share space well.

$1050/month plus split utilities. Open to long-term or short-term, whatever's the right fit for you right now. Flexible on the exact move-in date to find the right person.

If you want to share the office room it would be an additional rate, please let me know.
