Furnished room for rent

Room for rent. I have a fully furnished room for rent. It is located near downtown Mesquite and close to 635 and 80. It is 850 a month and 800 down. I recently remodeled the whole room and it has new furniture and mattres. Simple house rules to clean after your self and be respectful. It is I (33 year old male) and another roommate (31 year old male) and my dog a cane corso named Harley, she is friendly but big. I could use the cash that’s why the room is for rent. You will have your own room a shared bathroom and kitchen with full access except other bedrooms to the house. This is month to month with a background check. You can move out with at least a month notice in order to get your deposit back. As long as bedroom is left on same condition as when moved in this includes furniture then you will get your deposit back. Any questions or anything send me a message. I do have wifi and washer and dryer. But as mentioned respect my property and others meaning do not wash shoes or other items that can damage the washer and dryer or any other property. Parking will be on the street and do not block mailbox.
