2 Rooms for Rent- Creative Friendly Home

I have two private 10x12 rooms available in a 3 bed / 2 bath home. Ideally, I’d love to find one person to take both rooms (perfect for a bedroom + office, studio, or personal retreat), but I’m open to couples or a single parent with a child for the right fit. The two rooms come with what would be your own private bathroom.

The home has shared common spaces including a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living area, laundry, and a dedicated art studio. There’s also an enclosed back patio and a large backyard with a grill, garden space, and room to unwind. Additional perks include a workout room, garage parking, internet, streaming services, and a full security/video monitoring system.

About me: I’m Lindsay—easygoing, independent, and respectful of shared space. I work a pretty erratic schedule and tend to stay busy. When I’m home, I’m usually cooking, organizing, working on art, or doing something creative. I have one dog and three cats. My dog is off-site while I’m at work. I could consider one additional pet friendly dog pending a dog test with my girl, Chicharron.

The home itself is deeply important to me—it originally belonged to my grandparents—so I keep a high standard when it comes to cleanliness, respect, and overall care of the space.

The neighborhood is quiet, suburban, and conveniently located near schools, grocery stores, shopping, and medical facilities.

I’m looking for someone who is responsible, communicative, and respectful—someone who understands how to share a home while still valuing their own space.
