Very Clean house just east of Dallas (NW corner of 30 and 635) with easy access to Uptown area or anything in between via multiple highways or backroads if traffic is bad during peak times. Lots of common area in house for relaxing, covered patio outside in back yard available for use. Garage space and shed space available for rent as well (cheaper than a storage unit). No pets allowed, so we can ensure a clean, quiet space for everyone.

Very clean older house, with clean common space for use. Bathrooms are shared, house rules are enforced. Looking for clean, respectful people to rent.
