nice house in quiet neighborhood, Dallas suburbs that backs up to Samuel Farms on the Sunnyvale exit at Collins Road. I prefer someone who enjoys cooking, as I eat only home cooked meals. I don't mind buying the food if you will cook for both of us when you are preparing meals. I would cook for us but i'm never home and when I am its only time for throwing something together that will sustain me. I work 2 different jobs: one is full time with OT and the other is a part time job evenings and weekends. I moonlight at the auto parts store so I get a good price on automotive parts and I can somewhat mechanic on older vehicles if it happens that you need help with your vehicle. Other than that, I have a small dog - pomeranian of 10 pounds who is a real character. he probably believes that he's a human just like me. super smart dog who is very independent with his pet door to the yard and security duties. he keeps the place locked down well when i'm away so the tenant can rest easy. I take care of the lawn and maintenance so everything looks nice and works as it should. my idea is to rent the master bedroom and bathroom. that is situated on its own corner of the house. I was thinking 900-1000 with utilities included up to what I pay on my own for the past 2 years, and tenant can pick up whatever is left over with energy and water. internet wifi will be included, water up to $150 and energy up to $175. fenced backyard with kept lawn and patio with furniture, BBQ grill. and as I mentioned, pet door if you happen to own a dog that is small to medium sized and can actually fit through. no cats allowed.
