Indigo Room: Queen bed and fully furnished, with its own private half bathroom and a built-in mirror and dresser.
Green Room: Queen bed and fully furnished, with a mini fridge of your own.

The house has 2.5 bathrooms. Indigo has a private half bathroom; the other available rooms share a full bathroom. A separate private full bathroom belongs to an occupied room and is not part of this offer. Washer and dryer are in the house, parking and garage are on site, and there is a big fenced backyard. The home is near Bruton Park, Walmart, Home Depot and Starbucks.

This is a co-ed house for working professionals. Single occupancy only. No couples, no children or babies as residents, and no pets. Guests must be reasonable for a shared house and may visit no more than 2 days in a week unless approved in advance.
