Me and my roommates Isaiah and Caiden are looking for a 3rd and fourth roommate to fill the vacant rooms upstairs. We are all working students and the house mostly stays quiet but we like to have a good time now and then.
Room #1 (fully furnished): $750/month if you have automatic payments turned on, but $800 if you don’t.
Room #2 (unfurnished): $700/month if you have automatic payments turned on, but $750 if you do not.
The house is very big with a sizable kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 restrooms, a garage, laundry room, and a big backyard with 2 functioning grills.
Room #1 comes fully furnished with a TV, nightstands, desk, chair, bed, shelf, and closet.
Room #2 comes with a closet. It might come with the bed you see in the picture-still working out details.
