• Headphones required for music, calls, gaming, and similar activities during quiet hours

• No loud music or speakerphone conversations in common areas

• Respectful communication required — no harassment, hostility, intimidation, or unnecessary conflict

👥 GUESTS & OCCUPANCY

• One registered occupant per room

• No subletting or unauthorized occupants

• No overnight guests or visitors without prior written approval

• No parties

• No smoking or marijuana

• No recreational drugs

• No excessive alcohol consumption

• No operating a customer-facing business from the home

• Government-issued ID required at check-in and must match the reservation

🍳 KITCHEN

• Wash dishes promptly — nothing left overnight

• Wipe counters and stove after cooking

• Avoid strong-odor cooking such as deep frying or heavy seafood/spice

• Label personal food

• Do not use other people's food without permission

🚿 BATHROOM, LAUNDRY & COMMON AREAS

• Clean the sink/shower after use

• Remove hair from drains

• Laundry hours: 9 AM – 8 PM

• Remove laundry promptly when finished

• No shoes inside the home

• Close doors gently

• Take out personal trash according to the house schedule

• Never block neighbors’ driveways or parking areas

💳 PAYMENT & STAY

Rent is due according to the applicable Airbnb reservation/payment schedule.

Any cancellation, removal, notice, refund, or other tenancy-related action will be handled according to the applicable agreement, Airbnb policies, and Texas law.

Rule violations may result in written notice and required correction.

Serious or repeated violations may result in termination of the stay in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.
