Room for Rent Rohnert Park Walking Distance to SSU

Greetings,

I currently have a room available for rent in my house in Rohnert Park. The room is $1300/month. This includes utilities (pge/trash/gigabit internet).

The room is located in a beautiful brand new house in a new subdivision less than a mile from Sonoma State University. I am also in the process of building a custom inground pool that will be an amazing amenity for the house.

I am a full-time Police Officer, and my current roommate is a paramedic. I am looking for someone who is low key, clean, and easy to get along with. The room is ideal for a young professional or full-time student given its close proximity to Sonoma State. Extra points if you work in public safety or the medical field.

Must be a dog person as I have two amazing dogs. Unfortunately we are not considering any other animals at this time. Sorry no pets.

The room is for SINGLE occupancy only. Couples will not be considered although we are fine with occasional guests. The room shares an adjoining bathroom with my other female roommate who is not home the majority of the time. Due to the shared bathroom I am only considering female roommates at this time out of consideration for her.

The lease will be month to month. Due at move in is first and last months rent ($2600).

We would really like to find someone low key who gets along well with others as we have an incredible house dynamic. Again this is a brand new house, and I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and will treat it as their own.

No smoking... not 420 friendly. Again, no couples, no pets.
