My girlfriend and I are looking for a young, professional roommate in our condo! The furnished room is in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood.

About our Unit: The unit is a 2nd floor corner unit overlooking the pool and hot tub. Desirable floor plan with large living room with high ceilings, fireplace, and spacious private deck, overlooking the lush foliage, pool and spa. There is plenty of visitor and residential parking.
Furnishing: The room will come furnished with a bed, work area, mini fridge, and bookshelf. It is right next to a private bathroom. Our living room will have a TV mounted, with SlingTV (Premium channels included).
Utilities: WiFi speeds will be very fast at 1,000Mbps and water and electricity are included. Laundry on-site.
Rent: Rent is $1,600/month and includes utilities (WiFi, Water, PG&E). Rent will be due upon move-in date. Preferred payment is PayPal, Chase Quickpay, or Cash.
House Rules: Tenant must keep his/her room and common areas clean, wash his/her own dishes, and take out his/her portion of trash in a timely manner. Quiet hours on weeknights are between 10PM - 7AM.
About Us: My girlfriend and I will be occupying the master bedroom. We are young professionals in our late 20s. We're typically busy with our careers and extracurriculars, but enjoy staying active and traveling. We have a sweet terrier basset hound. We're very friendly and easy to get along with!
