Hello!

I am looking for a roommate to rent the second, fully furnished bedroom of my apartment.

Specifically, I'm looking for someone responsible, fun, and friendly to join the lease which ends on July 31. I am likely to renew, so there is a good chance that you would have the option to stay and renew as well if you want to.

Personally, I spend a lot of time at the job I love, out with friends, or at my boyfriend's place, so you will have the place to yourself a lot of the time. When I am home, especially on weeknights from 8-10pm, I often put on a podcast while cleaning or cooking - so super-early light sleepers are probably not a great fit.

Right across the street is one of the most lively spots in San Jose - San Pedro Square - and many restaurants/bars/amenities are within walking distance. The main San Jose train station is a 15-20 min walk away.

The room is lovely and fully furnished. You would have a private bathroom with bath/shower. There is a shared living room with sofa and tv, and a balcony. The building has pool/gym/hot tub/grilling area and business lounge.

The $1550 rent includes utilities (internet incl), but if you want parking in the attached garage it is $175/month. There is bike storage in the building.
