I’m looking for a roommate in San Jose as my current one is moving out the end of September. Congrats to her on her new job! But it does leave me in a pickle to find someone to move in by Oct. 1st.
A little about me: I work in sales, enjoy hiking and traveling. I enjoy eating out but do occasionally cook at home. The apartment is in San Pedro Square in San Jose. It’s a 2 bed and 2 bath so you would have your own bathroom. There is also a kitchen with a dishwasher, living room, washer and dryer in the unit, and your own parking space. The current lease I have ends in April and so I am looking to see if someone would want to sign at least until April with me so about 6 months. Rent payments range from $1600-1700 with utilities being split in half.
We’re right in the heart of San Jose, next to major freeways, airport, food, bars, and much more.
