The unit is a 2 bed / 2 bath with two balconies, southern exposure, central heat/AC, a full laundry room, and an open-style modern kitchen with a dishwasher and natural light.

While shared areas are currently furnished, I am not particularly attached to any of the furniture (except my living room accent table because it's amazing). If you want to bring your own furniture, you are welcome to!

The master is available for $1800. It is spacious and cozy, with a direct view of the lake. Double-door closet. Bathroom en suite!

I am currently in the smaller room, which also has its own bedroom and balcony. I can switch into the larger room if you prefer the smaller one- the price is $1700.

The complex is gated and very safe. Amenities include a full gym, clubhouse, swimming pool/hot tub, and the option to rent a space in the garage.

The location is a dream come true—one of the safest neighborhoods in San Jose. Just cross the bridge and you are right on Almaden Lake. Endless walking trails along the Guadalupe River. We are a fifteen-minute walk to Oakridge Mall, with numerous grocery stores a 5–10 minute drive away. A paradise for hikers: we are a 10-minute drive from Almaden Quicksilver Park, with countless other trails close by.

Hi! My name is Rachel. I am 33 years old, and I teach ESL to adults full time. I also have my own nonprofit on the side!

I love to hike, play around with new recipes, and experiment with creative writing. I have an incredibly sweet cat named Mary who loves people. (She also gets along with other cats, in case you have one.) I tend to socialize outside the house, so I rarely have guests over. Oh! And I always do my dishes on time!

I am looking for a female roommate in her mid-twenties to mid-forties to join my lease. Ideally someone chill and easy-going. Guests once or twice a week are fine, but I prefer a peaceful home in general.
