I’m looking for a roommate to share my 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom place. I’m pretty laid-back, easygoing, and independent, and I’m looking for someone who’s similar and easy to get along with.

I work in engineering and keep a pretty busy schedule during the week. When I’m not working, I like having some downtime at home to clear my head. I’ll usually spend time in the garage working on something, on my computer, or just relaxing around the house. On weekends, I’m often out surfing, getting outdoors, or heading to Nevada.

The place has a full backyard, garage, washer/dryer, parking, and additional storage space in the back if you need it. There’s plenty of room to have your own space and do your own thing.

I’m pretty free-range and don’t have a lot of rules or expectations beyond being respectful, clean, and easy to live with. I’m not looking for a party house, but I’m also not uptight about someone having friends over or living their life.

Mostly just looking for a good person who’s responsible, chill, and someone I can get along with.
