Tenants are expected to clean up after themselves in the kitchen — all utensils, cookware, and surfaces — as well as the bathroom after each use. Please leave shared spaces the way you found them. TV volume should be kept at a respectful level, as each room has its own TV and sound travels easily. No smoking, no parties on premises. Outdoor security camera on property.
