Female Housemate / Childcare Companion Wanted
Hello Neighbors!

I am a full-time clinician and single mother looking for a kind, responsible, and trustworthy female to share my home.

I have a private bedroom with a private bathroom available in my beautiful home located in a safe, quiet neighborhood in San Mateo, just minutes from Hillsdale Shopping Center and San Mateo Medical Center.

In exchange for free or reduced accommodation (depending on the level of assistance provided), I am seeking someone who can offer support to my 11-year-old daughter, who is independent. She is respectful, friendly, and does not require full-time childcare. She manages her homework independently.

The assistance would mainly include:
• School drop-off and pick-up when needed
• After-school supervision and companionship
• Playing games, crafts, walks, or other fun activities
• Preparing an occasional simple snack or light meal
• Occasional transportation to activities, if needed

I am generally home on Wednesdays and weekends, so I typically do not need childcare assistance on those days. Most help would be needed on weekdays when I am working. I am open to either a long-term arrangement or a flexible schedule.

I'm looking for someone who is honest, dependable, caring, has clean living habits, is a non-smoker, and is comfortable spending time with children.
