Ideally looking for someone to pay $700 for prorated amount of September (even if later move in date) and $500 refundable deposit. So $1,200 to move in.

Then $1,600 a month starting in October.

Plus shared utilities (last month was $57 per person).

Good sized room. 2 closets.

Shared, spacious kitchen with the house. You are welcome to use anytime and just clean up after yourself and be respectful.

Flexible month to month agreement. Open to unique situations and flexible on your situation.

No pets though.

One parking spot on driveway shared between everyone. Otherwise street parking. There is plenty. Just may need to park a couple blocks depending on what you find at the time.

No laundry in unit. Need to go to laundromat. New one opening up in walking distance.

The house layout is good giving everyone their own space. Many people who live here are often busy working and out of town at times and the house stays pretty laid back.

The requirements to live here are to be a respectful, reasonable person, open to living with other people, have a source of income or money to show you can afford the room, be a reliable payer.
