Flexible for various people’s life situations including moving from out of town and needing a place to live to start out, moving out of a hotel to save money. Travelling nurse or professional. Etc.

No pets allowed.

The ideal fit is someone who is comfortable living among other people, respectful, proactive to help clean the common areas, reliable payer.

The house is chill and quiet. Most people are often working and also out of town. Good house layout. Affordable, flexible living.
