Commuter Bed In Daly City In Single Family House U

We have a commuter bed available. This is designed for someone either staying here part time/ living a further drive away from Daly City/ the bay area that wants a place to sleep, shower, use the restroom (one shared full bathroom) eat, keep some belongings.

Or someone who works a lot and is looking for affordable housing and will be at work often and not overcrowding the house.

Or possibly someone who just needs a place to live for a short time or is just visiting.

We have 2 beds in a large living room with a large window.

Separated to be as comfortable as possible. Room to store some of your clothes and belongings.

There is not laundry at the property so you would need to go to a laundromat. Hopefully one is opening soon at the Seafood City complex a short walk away or there are some laundromats about 1/2 mile away.

Street parking. Need to follow street sweeping signs or park a couple blocks away during peak hours. There is one parking spot on driveway (first come first served).

Very good location 1/2 mile from Serramonte and near the new Seafood City in Daly City.

No pets allowed.

$800/month plus shared utilities with the household.
$500 deposit.

Flexible month to month agreement with flexibility to stay as long as you'd like or leave when you'd like and prorated for a refund for days not used in the month.
