Room available for rent in a 3bedroom/1 bathroom single story home located in a quiet neighborhood. 8’10” X 14’2”. Unfurnished, carpeted, and a good sized closet. Option to rent out one of the two other bedrooms (10’3” X 10’3” for $2000) (14’1” X 11 for $2100). Pictures of other bedrooms available upon request. Shared bathroom with me.

House Details:

1200 sq ft. Lots of natural light in the living room. Kitchen has dishwasher, gas stove, lots of cabinets-perfect for someone who enjoys cooking. Washer/dryer in the garage. Plenty of off-street parking in front of the home or in front of the driveway. 5 minute walk to Laurie Meadows Park. AC and heater throughout the home.

It is a 3 bedroom home but I’m only renting out one of the rooms, so there will only be a total of 2 of us. The house will likely not have much furniture yet since my current housemate is moving out with the majority of items but I plan on furnishing it when that transition happens.

Housemate Details:

Mature female professional working M-F out of the house. I am clean, respectful, and communicative. I generally keep to myself but happy to hang out or chill together if that’s the vibe. I enjoy the outdoors, traveling, reading, music, biking, and cooking.
