Furnished room available in a comfortable home in South San Francisco. The room comes ready with a bed, dresser, desk, and closet. Bathroom is shared with other housemates.

The house has a full kitchen and a nice living area with street parking. Month-to-month lease with no long-term commitment required — stay a month or stay a year, whatever works for you.

About me: I’m a professional who works from home. I’m not looking for a best friend necessarily — just someone respectful who takes care of shared spaces.

Fair warning: I have quite a few cats. They live in the common areas full-time — on the couch, in the kitchen, everywhere. If that sounds like a dealbreaker, this probably isn’t your place. But if you’re cool with cats (bonus points if you love them), we’ll get along great.

No smoking anywhere on the property. Deposit is one month’s rent at move-in.
