Two professional women looking for a 3rd female housemate, longer-term, who is financially responsible.

This is a house share which is different from a lot of room rentals currently out there that just rent a room in someone else’s house w/ kitchen privileges. Here, you have access to the entire house and can have a friend stay over if you want.

Move-in date: August 1st... or earlier in July if needed after 7/20.

You will have a private unfurnished room. This is a large 1890 sq ft, beautiful 3 Bdr home furnished in San Mateo - Large Living, Family Room both with fireplaces, separate dining room, kitchen, laundry room, 2 bathrooms, front, back, and side yards. If you do have furniture for other than your bedroom we can also accommodate it. Either in one of the livingrooms or in your storage space.

A unique feature is that there is also a large separate storage space that is also included in the rental price. If you have any items that you want to store, the size is 16ft by 5ft.

Looking for a person who works mostly outside of the house, but a couple days a week or month is Ok.

Also, looking for a non-smoker, professional female who is financially stable, clean, and considerate. If you want to have friends over for dinner or host a party that's fine too. But no big partiers, smoking or heavy drinkers.

Would like someone who wants a peaceful, friendly, and warm place to live.

Great weather here as well. We have our privacy here, there are two livingrooms and many areas to hang out in without being in each other's hair. Truly unique to most living situations.

Move-in requirement: 1st month's rent of $1,425, plus deposit of $1500. Need to fill out a Credit Application.
Preference: Female housemate with stay of a minimum of 1 year or more.

Terms: Month-to-month
- Utilities: 3 tenants split Utilities, Wi-Fi/DirecTv, Cleaning 2x month.
