I have a bedroom available for rent 6 months or 1 year. Then month to month or renew the lease. Shared kitchen and living room. SIZE is 10x10 square feet. Newly painted and located in a quiet neighborhood in San Bruno.

Room can be furnished with desk, dresser, bed and lamp or not.
You have a bathroom for yourself in the hall way which you need to keep clean. I have my own bathroom. We can arrange for a cleaner if we need it.
Washer and dryer downstairs in the garage which you share with me and another tenant downstairs.
Utilities roughly $100 a month consists of WiFi, electricity, and trash.
Plenty of street parking. Close to hiking trails.

I have a 20lb dog and a cat but both a very friendly and behaved.

5 mins away from Tanforan Mall and Skyline College
10 mins from SFO and Pacifica Beach
15 mins from City College of SF and SFSU.
15 mins from San Mateo and Burlingame
20-25 mins from downtown San Francisco.
