Friendly Roommate(s) Wanted for Safe & Comfortable

Thanks for visiting my ad. We are looking for a professional, gay male or a gay-friendly male roommate.

The numbers are estimates and may be decreased by $50-$150 once living patterns are developed.

Private Room
*10'X10 room with "en-suite"/right-next-to-bedroom bathroom

* Furnishings include: one queen-size bed with storage, two nightstands, two storage closets and shelves.

* Utilities (water, gas, trash, keyless entry, wifi, and uncovered assigned parking, gym, pool) are all covered and included and steps away from your new home

* Total move-in includes all deposits: $1675.00 plus $500 deposit, which includes rent, & utilities, security deposits, and a monthly furnishings fee.

*You may have another pet (one of a few apartments that allows large dogs) which includes a $250 pet deposit (refundable) and a monthly $100 pet fee. Our dogs will have to hang out and get to know each other to seal the deal, so to speak.
