Hello! We are looking for a roommate to rent out a private bedroom in a shared top-floor, corner apartment in Redwood City. This spacious unit features great natural lighting and overlooks a park with Redwood trees.

Rent: $1359 + ~$115/ month for internet + utilities

Move in date: Starting end of August or September 1st

Location: Located in the safe and leafy Edgewood Park neighborhood, the apartment is just a 5-minute drive to downtown Redwood City and the Caltrain station.

About the space:
- Private furnished bedroom (can also come unfurnished)
- Shared bathroom with one roommate
- One assigned parking spot shared on a rotational basis with roommates, but plenty of safe street parking
- Communal grill, pool, coin operated laundry facilities on site
