Looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease in a spacious 2 bed / 2 bath apartment near downtown San Mateo. The room will be available 4/18 and the lease runs through 7/22/26. You would have your own private bedroom and bathroom, with shared access to a large living room, dining area, kitchen, storage space, and a private balcony. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely remodeled last July, so everything is in great condition. Much of the furniture in the photos will be moving out, so there will be plenty of space to bring your own furniture. The unit is only a 15 min walk to Downtown San Mateo with easy access to Caltrain and a plethora of shops and restaurants.

Roommate is a 35yo male energy tech professional with two friendly, well-behaved cats.
