SURFERS DREAM! Excellent WIFI. Shared utilities with 2 other roomates.
This is a house located in Sunny Linda Mar at 3 blocks from the famous Linda Mar Beach.
One bedroom in a three bedroom home, shared space. Quiet home , no couples or smokers. Absolutely no storage of any sorts anywhere in or around the house please.
Shared bathroom. No overnight guests.
We have a great sunny backyard with a BBQ, Fruit trees, garden boxes, totally fenced and private.
About Peter
-Pete is 55+ Single and has been living here for many many years. Working for a known catering company. Super personable and loves to read, hike, music and animals. (Has built his own room in the garage).
- One room on Air Bnb with rare occupancy.
- Occasional AirBnb in the extra bedroom.
- Rick is also a tenant and is a chill busy tennis teacher.

-ME.. Chantal I am the owner but now live in Park City Utah and will visit a few times a year.
-You.. Are fun and interacting without imposing, respectful, clean and full time employed. We do not have a preference on gender, political views, sexual orientation race or color.

If you are interested in living by the beach, this is your chance. Quiet neighborhood, just a few block from the amazing surfing beach of Linda Mar Pacifica. Walking distance to Safeway, gym, surf shop, restaurants and transportation.
Super cozy, nice roommates, professionals and working full time. Fully fenced yard, BBQ, organic garden. Quiet at night, fun in the weekend, month to month lease. Cable, electric and Internet shared. We are respectful of space and time of each others, share cleaning and chores. No restrictions on Kitchen use, just keep it clean and leave no trace :) Are you relocating for a new job? Already established? Avid surfer? Traveling nurse?
This is the perfect location to enjoy the magnificent Pacific Ocean Sunsets and of course give you a chance to explore, bike, hike Mori Point, Sweeney Ridge, San Pedro Valley Park and all the other amazing places that the area has to offer.
Located 15 miles south of San Francisco, Pacifica provides an easy commute to either SF and all other Bay Areas.
The room is furnished with a full size bed and has a private entrance ( Small french doors to the outside)
Dog may require extra deposit and monthly rent.
First and last appreciated. Month to month only.
Utilities are shared. Room is opposite to the one on the picture and has a french door private entrance.
Please no couples, we are trying to share the space and it would be too much. Sorry.
