This home is set up like a bed and breakfast . No one is ever home, and if they are, you wont see them. No one will be expecting you to ve byddys or expect you to hang out. We are adults. We are not picky unless it compromises safety or the home. We get a lot of travel nurses and INTERNS STUDENTS AT san Francisco State and even stanford or UCSF.
As far as location, we are centered ideally where you want to be. walking distance for shops and beach, and on ramps to freeways. 15 minutes from airport and san francisco, The room gets lots of natural sunlight all day and does have a view. The room has had the walls soundproofed, therefore , you wont hear anything going on within the home if you clothes your bedroom door. You have a private hallway also that has a door that closes which gives you more privacy going to and from your full bath with modern fixtures and extra storage areas located inside the bathroom.
This is ment for one single male renter who enjoys a home that is quiet and safe. Parking is available, all utilities included provided you do not crank up the hear or waste energy, otherwise you can cover those extra costs. we aren’t into bringing guests. Visitors we book hotel rooms. this home is ideal for safety, saving money, dependable for ling term, and chill. Nobody does conference calls on headsets or anything overly technical. If you enjoy the outdoors ir ride mountain bikes or surf. this is your place for sure. Students who were raised right and parents disciplined with consideration welcomed. Commuters welcomed. Travel nurses welcomed. People who work swing shifts can sleep during the day here also. Vehicles are safe and free wifi..
