- Renter is responsible for their own internet

About the Space:
- All bedrooms located downstairs
- Shared bathroom with shower (between two roommates if 2nd is found)
- Shared kitchen, dining, and living room
- In-unit washer and dryer
- Additional shared storage in laundry area
- Screened windows and outdoor balcony with lovely views
- Very basic furnishings can be available upon request: twin bed (small room), dresser (either room), small rolling desk (1 available), shelf (1 available)
Some towels and sheets for twin bed can be made available.

Parking: Reserved parking available for an additional $150/month (HOA fee). Could be split and shared with other roommate. Intermittent guest parking nearby (cannot park regularly due to HOA), or street parking.

Community Features:
- Gated condominium community at the top of Daly City
- Access to clubhouse, gym, and sauna (with key fob – $150 HOA fee. Key fob must be returned at end of rental agreement)
- Quiet neighborhood with trees and walking paths
- Convenient bus line at the bottom of the hill

Who We’re Looking For:
-Preferably a single renter interested in both rooms, or a single individual, couple, or single parent with a child looking for one or both rooms.

- Traveling medical professionals (nurses, doctors)
- others who simply wish for a nice, safe place to live with an older individual

Household Guidelines:
- No smoking/vaping tenent desired; marijuana use is permitted outdoor balcony, kitchen (with discretion)
- Shoe and scent-free environment (no perfumes or colognes due health needs of family).
- Overnight guests allowed on a case-by-case basis; no long-term guests.
- Cleanliness and mutual respect expected in shared spaces.

About the Household:
I am a 76-year-old transgender woman. My daughter and granddaughter visit on occasion to share meals and help with household tasks. This is an LGBQT+ friendly, inclusive, and peaceful home where kindness, privacy, and mutual respect are valued.
