Hi! I am looking for a roommate for a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Foster City (Early June move in). I have been living in the apartment with my current roommate for the last year but he is set to move out when the lease ends in early June. I would like to renew the lease but need someone to move in to take my roommate's spot on the lease. Rent is about 2k a person after being split on the current lease (this might be raised slightly when the renewal offer is received for the lease but can't be raised more than 8%).
About Me: I'm a 24M working at a biotech company in Menlo Park. I enjoy video games, lifting weights, playing basketball, and board games in my free time! I am very clean and don't go out much at all and lean a bit more introverted. I've been living in this apartment for the last year and really love it! It is right on the water by the lagoons.
