I'm the only other person here. I'm in a financial hole to be honest and need help to maintain my rental. Needs a good thorough clean up and in working on it. I'm not gonna lie , im section 8 and had my voucher for 20 plus years but forced to break rules to exist in California. I do think it's doable provided there no drugs nor drama , starting temporarily and if all goes well it may work to add a recent to mY lease
