Waterfront San Mateo Rooms – Flexible 1 or 2 Room

Two private rooms available in a quiet waterfront home in San Mateo near Seal Slough. Rooms can be rented individually or together depending on the right fit and living arrangement.

The setup works especially well for someone wanting a bedroom + office/work-from-home space, but I’m open to discussing different configurations for the right person or couple.

The house is fully furnished with large shared living spaces, fiber internet, home gym, washer/dryer, outdoor waterfront patio, and plenty of parking. Kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s additional garage fridge/freezer storage as well.

One room is ideal as a primary bedroom while the second works well as an office, studio, hobby room, gaming space, or additional private room. Bathroom is located directly next to the rooms and shared minimally.

About me: professional working at SLAC/Stanford, clean, respectful, easygoing, and fairly low-key. I have a friendly older dog, so applicants should be comfortable around dogs.

Looking for someone responsible, communicative, financially stable, and respectful of shared space. The house is best suited for someone who values a calm, clean, low-density living environment rather than a crowded roommate setup.
