I have a master bedroom available in San Mateo on one of the lagoons for rent. Close to Bridgepoint shopping center. Place is a townhome with 2 bedrooms 2.5 bath. There are 3 pools, tennis and pickleball courts on the grounds. This room comes with a single car garage with storage. The storage area is shared with one roommate. The master has a private bathroom and walk-in closet and balcony. There is a deck on the first floor also. Full kitchen privileges, I'm looking for someone that is considerate, clean and relatively quiet to share this place. My current roommate will be out at the latest July 24th so the room is available after that. The room is 16' 5" by 12" not including the bathroom and closet area.
