Apartment floorplan - 12 x 10 bdrm and main bthrm (will be private/yours) available

Perfect set-up for roommates with common areas in between rooms. Bedroom is 10'x12' and great lighting (two windows). Although I'm very friendly, not looking for a new friend (unless it naturally happens) and I'm also not looking to be a "parent." I work onsite 4-5 days/week, so evenings during the week are mostly spent at home. I enjoy traveling and hoping to do more now that I'm getting a roommate (reducing my housing cost).
The dining and living room are furnished but there is a little space to add small furniture or accessories. If needed I could also help to furnish the bedroom. I have a large HDTV in the living room with multiple streaming services to share (AppleTV, Netflix, Peacock, Paramount Plus and Prime).
I love country music but do have a broader, eclectic taste in music. I'm super easy going...and do not look/act my age.
Not a fan of organized religion or politics, but very respectful of other's views.
Fitness center and pool; convenient to shopping and restaurants.
